Friendswood Contemporary Ballet has postponed our Spring event, Evening of the Arts, originally scheduled for April 25th, 2020. This decision deeply saddens us; although we know that it is necessary due to recent public events. At this time, we do not have a date set; however we will be making decisions as new information arises guiding us on how to best manage a public event of this caliber. Be on the lookout for more updates and information in the coming weeks!

Evening of the Arts
Friendswood Contemporary Ballet hosts an evening of art in collaboration with local artists and companies. The collective will be a presentation of visual and performing arts focused on the collaboration and communication between the varying facets of artistry and presentation afforded from creativity.
Summary of Events
As the doors open at 6:00 guests will be greeted with music by local musician Jon Gowen. We will open the evening with a stage performance by Open Sky Arts Collective followed by a beautiful compilation by Friendswood High School’s Choir.
Friendswood Contemporary Ballet will close the evening with their performance Encounters, a visual display of social interactions presented to explore the significance of the seven senses in human connection and successful communication.
