Shanna has been a dance educator for 18 years. In 2007 she founded Chara Christian Dance Academy where her passion for faith, family, dance, and music comes to life through her and her staff for hundreds of students each year. In 2014 she founded Friendswood Contemporary Ballet with Sarah Brotherton, with the desire to bring the performing arts to the local community. Friendswood Contemporary Ballet has continued to provide performance opportunities for tenured dancers throughout the Greater-Houston white offering a professional experience for students in the community.
